Claire came to me with a focus on building muscle but was a little worried about a previous shoulder injury. We worked slowly to strengthen and increase range of motion in that shoulder. I think it worked!
In this video, she is in the Maximum Strength phase of my 6 month strength-training program so she is only performing 5 reps of each exercise. She didn't start here, she built up her strength and confidence! And now her husband joins her for training...and I work hard to give him really hard exercises that he hasn't done before. It's so fun!!!
