LET'S GO GIRLS! 

Not everyone is ready for extreme exercise like CrossFit! If you are looking for an exercise program that will get you into the habit of exercising and safely push you out of your comfort zone, then you’ve found the right place!

Enjoy small-group exercise in a clean space with women you can identify with!  Classmates come from all walks of life and all fitness levels, and Jennifer will be there with you every step of the way.

**All classes are 1 hour, including a short walk to warm up and 5 minutes of stretching at the end of each session.

AGREEMENTS

Participants must register and cancel for classes using Sign Up Genius.  Please reserve texting for emergencies as Jennifer may not see them due to training with other clients.

Confirmation emails are sent to clients 48 hours before class.

*24 hour cancellation notification required*

You must cancel your registration with at least 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for the spot you reserved. There are no exceptions for no shows or classes that are full.

Expiration dates:  Punch cards expire 90 days from your last class attended.
