What is PiYo?!?!  It’s yoga, strength training, stretching and cardio all rolled into one wonderful workout.  This exhilarating hour of exercise includes warm up, heat building, lower body, full-body fusion, power, flow, core & more, stretch & strength and cool down…all choreographed to awesome music!

Who should attend?!?!  Almost anyone can enjoy this class; however, there are many planks/side planks on hands, chaturangas, single-leg downdogs and tricep push ups so a lot of wrist action.  Also many squats, wide squats, lunges, bowlers and warrior poses so a lot of knee movements.  Although I can demonstrate how to modify many of the moves with limited range of motion (such as plank and push ups on knees or 3 point balance and right angle in a high lunge), you should be physically able to get up and down from the floor fairly quickly and with no assistance.  Additionally, this is a women’s fitness studio so ladies only but I would love to add a class that would include males if there is an interest.



What should I bring?!?! Yoga mats and sweat towels are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.  I like to go barefoot but you can wear yoga or barre shoes (no street shoes allowed if using my mats).  This class has a lot of transitions so a yoga block may be difficult to use but you are welcome to bring one if you need it.  Be sure to bring water and lots of energy!

When?!? Choose from 3 classes listed below.  I always schedule my classes according to client needs so I can add more days and times if these sell out.  This is a small studio so there is a maximum of 5 clients in each class.  24 hour cancellation notice is required.  If you’d like to be on the waitlist for any particular class just contact me and I can notify you if a spot opens.  You will receive a reminder email 2 days before class so that’s a great reminder to cancel if you cannot make it.

What’s the cost?!?!  Everyone gets a FREE PiYo class…even past and current clients! I will provide information on drop-in rates and punch card prices when you arrive for class. Please feel free to share with friends, family, coworkers – the more the more the  merrier!

I’m in, how do I sign up?!?! Below is the link to sign up for your FREE class.  Please just include “free class pass” in the comments when you register. One free class per person, 24 hour cancellation required.  You can also register for other classes on the Register Now tab.

How do I get there?!?!  Below is a link to directions.  It can be a little difficult to find so be sure to actually read the directions (don’t just rely on GPS!) and give yourself some extra time if it’s your first visit to the studio.  Also, all new clients must sign a liability form and PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire) before class so please arrive at least 5 minute early.
