Small Group Exercise (women only)

Not everyone is ready for extreme exercise like CrossFit or Burn Bootcamp. I certainly could never have started there, much less have continued training for an extended period of time, when I was overweight!  Even in my current state of fitness, I don’t think I would enjoy that type of class. If you are looking for an exercise program that will get you into the habit of exercising (which is often the hardest part!), adapt workouts to your changing skill level, safely push you out of your comfort zone and help you actually enjoy working out with awesome women…then you’ve found the right place!

I teach all classes, as well as provide all 1-on-1 training, so I get to know each client on an individual level.  Enjoy small-group exercise in a clean space with women you can identify with!  Clients range from fit women who like the diversity of classes/exercises to intermediate fitness levels that like the small-group, women-only environment to beginners who just need to start slow to ladies with injury who need modifications.

TABATA (HIIT circuit training) 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Wed/Thurs are core & cardio; Saturdays are full body.

Classes are all women-only. Each of the 5 workstations is equipped with a mat, 3-25 lb dumbbells and 2.5-10 lb leg weights.

Most fitness levels are welcome to attend; however, if you cannot get up and down from floor easily or if you have chronic neck/lower back pain, you may need customized 1-on-1 personal training.  Schedule a free consultation if you’re not sure!

Group Exercise Agreement

Participants must register and cancel for classes using Sign Up Genius.  I receive emails for new registrations, changes and cancellations so I am always updated.   Please reserve texting for emergencies as I may not have time to check for messages, especially between clients.

Confirmation emails are sent to clients 48 hours before class.  This is a great reminder to cancel on time with proper notice.

*24 hour cancellation notification required*  You must cancel your registration with at least 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for the spot you reserved. There are NO EXCEPTIONS for no shows or classes that are full (unless a true emergency).

Expiration dates:  Punch cards expire 90 days from your last class attended.

Weight/Measurements.  I can take your weight, measurements, body fat, BMI and picture to track your results, just ask!

I am Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor, not a nutritionist.  Any nutritional advice I give is my opinion based on what has worked for me and my ongoing education/research.  If you have any major health issues, you need to consult your doctor before changing your diet and/or starting an exercise program.
