Shelly, Margaret and Lynn have been coming to PiYo classes for a couple months but this was Margaret and Lynn’s first Core and Cardio TABATA class.20170410_105602

This was the V-up station and it was probably the hardest because you have to do a sit up AND leg lift.  Margaret was really concentrating on keeping that form and she did a great job! 20170410_105606

Many clients have to build up their strength over time for V-ups so I did offer the easier “Press Up” version, which is when you keep legs up (straight or bent) then perform little crunches instead.

I hope the ladies are pleasantly sore tomorrow! They’ve got a couple of days to recover because PiYo is on Thursday morning.  Woot Woot!!
